About

Over the past 15 years, Mourvi has led cross-functional, first-of-their-kind initiatives at Meta, Disney, Sesame Workshop, IBM Research, and her own games studio, BigFatPhoenix Interactive. She's a content and creative strategist working at the intersection of AI, games, storytelling, and learning, building systems that merge conversation design, content strategy, and 0→1 product thinking.

At Meta, she leads content strategy for the company's AI character products, shaping how people interact with AI through storytelling, dialogue systems, and large-scale content generation. Her work spans entertainment and learning - from choose-your-own-adventure storytelling and game-like social interactions to utility-driven AI experiences that help users create and explore.

Before Meta, Mourvi built learning and entertainment products across Disney, Sesame Workshop, and IBM Research, redefining how technology can teach and tell stories. At Sesame Workshop, she led narrative and content strategy to bring Sesame Street to radio and mobile, reaching over a million children in low-resource communities. At Disney, she helped launch Disney Imagicademy, the company's first learning games, which topped app store charts in 84 countries. At IBM Research, she collaborated with Sesame Workshop to build one of the first AI-powered vocabulary learning platforms for preschoolers.

Her work has reached millions across the US, India, and MENA regions. Her career bridges narrative, learning science, and emerging technology - designing systems that teach, engage, and entertain. She holds a Master of Education from Harvard University and a B.Sc. in Genetics from The University of Sheffield. Her work has earned recognition from the Library of Congress, All Children Reading Grand Challenge, Parents' Choice, and Tillywig Toy & Media Awards.
